English questions :)
Hello, everybody!
Sorry for english, but my german knowledge includes very few words %) This is a very useful forum, it's a pity I cannot understand most of it. Just to summarize and check if I understood correctly I want to ask some questions. I'm sure you've answered them many times, and I beg you pardon But I shoud know 100% before rebuilding or buying something. So, here they are: ) If I put a rim from zzr1100 into original swingarm, will the 180mm tire fit in? What is the easiest option for upgrading swingarm (the one from zz1100 also, if i'm not mistaken)? In a few words what types of mods are required for different possible swingarms? Same question for the forks - forks from what models will fit into gpz's frame whithout (or little) modification? And a little different subject, but I don't want to multiply topics. Does anybody know the standard settings for gpz750r's carburetor's "fuel-air mixture screw" (the one in the front-bottom on each carb). I know that for gpz900 it's 2.5 turns out, but not sure it's the same for mine. Thank for any kind of help in advance! Good luck! Alex. |

Hi Alex,
that are indeed a lot of questions. From your profil I notice that you have a 750R. I don´t know whether somebody has done such modification on the 750 already but I guess it should be possible as well. In general, nearly all modification are possible. It depends on the level of required modification and finally the cost. The modification with the lowest impact is to use a ZZR1100C wheel for the rear and a GPZ500S(D) for the front. A 180 tyre will fit using the original swingarm. Have you checked the documentation already? http://900r.de/ger/index.html?/umbau...mbautipps.html
